Know Your Why

Know Your Why

Where career vision meets reality

How inspired do you feel, on your way to work? What activities are you completely absorbed by? And where are you heading in your career? In this workshop, vision meets reality: you will gain new perspectives on what really motivates you, by exploring your personal needs and optimal work conditions. Both are powerful drivers of human behaviour: they influence how contented our lives are. Starting off with a personal needs analysis, we move on to explore your personal triggers for “optimal experience”, and how to align them with your career. This engaging workshop is jam-packed with practical tips for improving your day-to-day working life while keeping your eyes on the prize – your career vision. We encourage participants to complete the pre-class exercise (5 minutes a day, for 7 days) before attending the workshop, but this is not compulsory.

Fantastic, intelligent and empathetic trainer. Clear and helpful structure to the session. Respectful group discussion. This session was great, because it was sufficiently broad and big-picture to allow for us to think about our career direction(s). Unlike other sessions aimed at ECRs, it was not narrowly prescriptive.

It is a fantastic workshop to start exploring what is important to you in terms of career goals and your future.
