Jim Curtis

Jim is the Partnerships and Operations Manager at Mind Your Way.

He has extensive experience in project management and implementation, having worked with a range of government, business, community, and research partners in his previous role as a co-founder of BehaviourWorks Australia at Monash University.

Jim’s skills encompass a mixture of research and translation skills, and he has an intimate understanding of how the public and private sectors interact with research to inform program design and policy shifts.

Jim remains research active as a PhD supervisor and currently holds an Adjunct Associate Professor position at Monash University. He is also a co-editor of the recent book, “Inspiring Change: How to Influence Behaviour for a Better World”, which provides a practical, in-depth guide on how to use behaviour change methods to foster economic prosperity, better health, social inclusion and environmental sustainability.
